JT SOLAR with its head office in Düsseldorf is the Europe subsidiary of GUODIAN JINTECH SOLAR ENERGY (YIXING) CO., LTD.
GUODIAN JINTECH SOLAR ENERGY (YIXING) Co., Ltd. is a Chinese – international joint-venture between GUODIAN Technology and Environment Group and the former YIXING JINTECH SOLAR ENERGY Co., Ltd and has registered capital of 32.63 million USD.
Since September 2009 these two companies have merged their core specialisations: research and development in the field of photovoltaics and the complete production and distribution of photovoltaic products worldwide. The JT SOLAR AG subsidiary is responsible for the distribution of photovoltaic products in Europe.
With additional investment of 8 billion yuan and a production area covering 1.6 million m2 the company produces the entire value-added chain in the field of photovoltaic modules, specialising in the manufacture and ongoing further development of individual wafers and solar cells right up to high quality photovoltaic modules. By the end of 2012 overall production capacity will reach 1.5 GW.
With the technical support of participating research institutes and associate companies in the USA, Germany and Japan our engineers, experts, specialist technicians and managers are creating advances in photovoltaic technology and developing practical, high-performance photovoltaic products which guarantee you, the customer, tomorrow's solutions for the exploitation of solar energy in a green future.
